In which countries can I shop the Julia June collection online?
You can place orders within Europe. For orders outside Europe , please contact us at email@example.com. We will spread our Julia June love all around the world.
What if I forget my password?
Click on "I forgot my password" when you sign in.
Can I modify my delivery address?
It is not possible to modify your delivery address after you’ve completed your order. If you do want to change the address, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I modify my shopping bag?
You can remove items from your shopping bag up to the moment of payment. Come back and shop them the next time
How do I know if something is in stock?
Articles that aren’t available anymore, are mentioned as ‘sold out’. Every other article is available, unless ‘coming soon’ is mentioned . As long as your order hasn’t been completed, somebody else can still buy one of the articles in your shopping bag.
What if my received item is faulty or incorrect
Julia June only sells items that are perfectly loveable. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item by mistake, please contact email@example.com
What payment method can I use for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro debet and creditcards, Paypal and iDEAL
Where can I receive my order?
Your Julia June package will be sent to the address you've selected (home, work, ..), at a Bpostpick-up point or a Bpost parcel locker.
How long before I can impatiently open my package?
You will receive your package within 3-5 workdays after your confirmation e-mail.
How much do I pay for delivery service?
For a shipment in Belgium the delivery is free for orders above €150. Deliveries to the Netherlands and Luxemburg cost €7, deliveries to Germany and France €10, to the rest of Europe €15. For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
I’m longing for my package, can I track it?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped. www.bpost.be/nl/trace
Items purchased with a discount can also be returned. So when you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return at your own charges and within 14 days after receiving your order. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please take in account the following when you ordered something from the ‘buy 2-promotion’:
- when you send back your complete order, we will receive a full refund.
- when you send back only one or more items, the conditions of the buy 2-promotion is no longer met. The discount is cancelled and will be deducted from the refund.
If your not completely in love with your order?
No problem you can send it back.
We understand your enthusiasm but be careful not to remove the seal. Once the seal is broken, we can't take it back.
When you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return at your own charges within 14 days after receiving your order. All items returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in completely undamaged condition.
To return your order, follow the next steps
- Send a mail to email@example.com to inform us what you want to return. Don't forget to mention your order number, so that your return can easily be processed.
- Fill in the return form, added within your package, and add it to the article you want to return.
- Returns can be sent to Julia June– Ter Mote 2 – BE 9850 NEVELE.
- The refund will be paid on the same bank account , you've made the payment with.
